The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Alexandria Dukes RFC will be held on Thursday 21st November at the Iron Duke Hotel at 7:00pm.
The Agenda for an AGM is as follows:
- To confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting;
- To receive from the committee reports on the activities of the association during the last preceding year;
- To receive and consider any financial statement or report required to be submitted to members under the Act;
- To elect office-bearers of the association and ordinary committee members,
