Dukes AGM – Wednesday 25th November 2015

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Alexandria Dukes RFC will be held on Wednesday 25th November 2015 at the Alexandria Hotel in ‘The Boardroom’ at 6:30pm.

The Agenda for an AGM is as follows:
  • To confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting;
  • To receive from the committee reports on the activities of the association during the last preceding year;
  • To receive and consider any financial statement or report required to be submitted to members under the Act;
  • To elect office-bearers of the association and ordinary committee members,
