So the start of a new season is upon us, and its time to start the hard work before the fun begins in April.
The Dukes will be having 2 mid week training sessions @ Alexandria Park during the Pre-Season and tapering off to one during the season proper.
We are also looking to have some Saturday beach sessions which will coincide with BBQ’s. So it all begins now. The clubs Pre-season training schedule can be found by going to the following link.
It goes over 9 weeks which will lead us into our trials in early March. The more you can do by yourself the easier it will be.
So get down to Alexandria Park on Tuesday and Thursday. Bring a mate and get involved.
