Week 2 was a bit dis-jointed due to the weather as well as a number of us having pre-commitments. But that’s behind us and the Dukes are only looking to our future.
Week 3 will be our first true indication of whether our regime is working. This week we will be completing interval training in part, but we will also bring some contact and bag work drills into the equation, and some hard contact drills so bring your boots.
